Shirts and blouses can typically be machine washed at 30–40°C; to keep them crisp and bright, hang them to dry and iron while slightly damp.

Sportswear is designed to withstand active use but still benefits from proper care. Wash these items inside out, ideally on a cold cycle, to preserve stretch and colour, and avoid using fabric softeners which can reduce breathability. Skirts should be treated similarly to trousers—wash on a gentle cycle and avoid wringing or tumble drying.
