Advice on blazer fit
Blazers should fit nicely on the child and should have a little room on the shoulders and the arms should fall to the knuckles (blazer sleeve lengths are long, so you may need to tuck under for now and take down as the child grows). Check how the child moves in the blazer asking them to cross their arms to ensure the back is not too tight and that they feel comfortable. Please bear in mind any growth from now until when the blazer will be worn.
Delivery and Returns
IMPORTANT: Orders can take 2 weeks to manufacture and despatch. It is currently peak season with high demand. All items ordered online are made to order. Orders placed after July cannot be guaranteed delivery before start of the new school term. ALL EFFORTS WILL BE MADE TO DESPATCH ORDERS PLACED AFTER THIS DATE. HOWEVER FOR ORDERS PLACED AFTER THE CUT OFF; WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT REACH YOU IN TIME FOR THE NEW TERM.
IMPORTANT: Currently the MAXIMUM standard delivery charge is £3.30 (exc. VAT) for all orders delivered within the UK. Free standard delivery for orders over £29. Standard delivery orders are usually despatched within 3-5 working days off-season.
Orders online are for delivery only.
If you are ordering Name Tags alone, select "Name Tapes only" at checkout, and the Name Tags will be delivered for free.
Please note that if it is the first time that you have ordered from us online that you (the cardholder) may be required to be present to sign for your delivery at your registered card holder address, if we need to contact you, we may call you from the hours of 08:00 to 20:00hrs. Please state in your delivery instructions if these times are not suitable.
All our garments including Embroidered and Printed garments are made to order.
For Delivery we will normally despatch your order in three to five working days, however at certain times of the year it is possible that despatches and deliveries can be delayed. Please note it is important to give correct daytime contact number and email address.
